And BTW, when CNN sits there making a point to say several times there are no internment or concentration camps here in the U.S., that's 110% Bull Sh!t.  I just got done watching the extremely hard hitting movie "Camp FEMA" and I couldn't sleep for 2 friggin days. It is that bad, it's really happening, and it's for the American public. Look for yourself.

What does it mean when the talking heads on 24 hour cable news networks spin the fact that members of www.OathKeepers.org, are patriotic US Military, Police, and Law enforcement personnel that are reaffirming the very oath they took in to first place... portraying them as dangerous radical extremists?

Well, I don't know what that means (*cough, cough*) exactly.  Are the discredited Main Stream Media and their elitist masters getting worried about something?

Doing hit pieces on The Oathkeepers for pledging to uphold and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights from all enemies, foreign AND domestic, even drawing attention to "Fall of the Republic" after it's director has been banned from CNN forever. I sense something...

DeVito, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, 686F.2d 616 [1982]), reaffirmed that there is no Constitutional right to be protected by either the state or the Federal government from being MURDERED, does anybody else wonder how Obamacare leapfrogs being MURDED by Criminals or Madmen as being so important as to brake off the lawful bindings of the Constitution in order to be shoved down the throats of the American people?

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution contains a border-related exception to unreasonable search and seizure laws, permitting searches at border checkpoints that wouldn't be permitted elsewhere. But federal statute 8 CFR 287.1 (a)(1-3) defines the border zone for enforcement purposes as encompassing an area within 100 miles of the actual border, with the possibility of extending it further under certain circumstances.



This means that the US Border Patrol could conceivably set up random checkpoints asking travelers for a passport in places like Columbus, Ohio; Houston; or anywhere in the state of Florida. And, in fact, it appears that it has been doing exactly this.

If this is how Obama is planning on running the country, dismissing the demands of the American people to know the truth in the course of his power grab, he's no better than King George… if not worse.  I don't like McCain any better, in fact they are all the same.  Puppets with strings leading back to the Shadow Government in the Colorado Springs D.U.M.B.s and the Money Changers in England who have all the gold.  If Obama would defy the valid concerns of the American people regarding this vital Constitutional matter, kiss your firearms and what liberties we have left goodbye.  After all, the Constitution is just a God Damned piece of paper, right?

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.

Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.

Berg claimed that the Democratic presidential standardbearer is not even an American citizen but a citizen of Indonesia and therefore ineligible to be president.

He alleged that if Obama was permitted to run for president and subsequently found to be ineligible, he and other voters would be disenfranchised.

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick had denied Berg's request for a temporary restraining order on Aug. 22 but had not ruled on the merits of the suit until yesterday.

Obama and the Democratic National Committee had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg's complaint in a court filing on Sept. 24.

They said that Berg's claims were "ridiculous" and "patently false," that Berg had "no standing" to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.

*[Begin RANT] - This makes me sick on a scale I'm just not used to.  Us, the peasant underclass cannot get identification without an original and valid birthcertificate, and we need a valid ID to get a birthcertificate in order to get a valid ID.  We cannot do anything like get utilities, work, cable TV, cell phones, etc. without our Social Security Number to prove we are citizens.  And yet, this guy with no proof of citizenship at all and little if any experience can just walk right in and take the presidency while his own Grandmother in Kenya says she was in the hospital in Kenya when he was born there?  Nevermind him relenquishing his U.S. citizenship when he moved to Indonesia.  This whole situation just shows how much manipulation there truly is in this country is. Obama is promising us "Change we can Believe in".  Ya, there's going to be change.  No one's going to like it either, just watch. [/End RANT]*
